客户服务专员

工作任务 Tasks:
1. 国内外销售订单的系统录入管理
Domestic & oversea sales order handling in SAP system
2. 管理好订单&预测需求，订单确认及出货事宜，并跟客户接口人员保持实时沟通
Manage orders and forecast； make order confirmation and arrange delivery timely； good and timely communication with responsible customers
3. 协调相关部门以确保订单顺畅按时交付
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a smooth order implementation and satisfied result to customer
4. 及时维护和更新相关系统数据，保证数据的准确性
Data maintain and in SAP system correctly and timely
5. 归档相关事宜的记录及生成相关的日报&周报&月报
Make relevant /necessary records and daily report & weekly report & monthly report

岗位要求 Requirements:
1. 大专或者本科以上学历
College or University degree
2. 至少有三年供应链相关的工作经验
At least 3 years working experiences of supplier chain
3. 熟悉ERP和微软操作软件；特别是SAP和Excel；
Familiar with ERP system and Microsoft, SAP& Excel are prefer；
4. 良好的沟通技巧和协调技能；
Excellent communication and coordination skills
5. 英语流利；
Fluent in Mandarin and English communication (written & verbal)
